What is a fitting and styling assessment?
Our expert opticans are experts at finding the best frame to compliment your personal style or face shape. Careful consideration is taken in choosing the right frames and lenses for your unique prescription as well.
What types of frames do you carry?
Our eyewear collection has been curated to make sure there is something for everyone while never sacrificing on quality, style, or value. Every frame is made from independent eyewear designers so you pay for the best materials, instead of the brand name.

What is a health savings account & flex spending account (HSA/FSA)?
Both HSAs and FSAs allow employees with health insurance to set aside money for healthcare costs referred to as qualified medical expenses. In most cases, you receive a debit card for your account and can use it to pay for qualifying expenses, such as prescription eyewear or prescription sunglasses throughout the year. Both types of accounts have tax benefits, too, although those benefits aren’t the same. Please contact your insurance company to verify what type of plan you have and what you qualify for.
Can I purchase eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses with my FSA/HSA?
YES, as long as your HSA or FSA card is affiliated with a major credit card company.
Orders and Returns
Our goal is to provide simplified and transparent pricing on all of our frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Our discounted self-pay pricing in most cases may not be combined with insurance benefits. Insurance benefits are applied to normal list pricing. Some in-store handcrafted or limited edition items may not be combined with insurance benefits.
In-store sales/return policy
Non-prescription sunglasses may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase and must be in new condition with all packaging, boxes, cases, and cleaning cloths.
Some handcrafted artisan pieces may not be returned, including SpexWax and Rigards eyewear.
Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear products, there are no refunds or returns on prescription eyewear. We will remake lenses due to a doctor’s prescription change once within 90 days at no charge. A second doctor’s re-make is at 50% of the full list lens price.
All of our lenses and frames are covered for one year for manufacturer’s defects. Lenses with glare-free and scratch coatings are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase for minor scratches due to normal wear.
We do not cover accidental damage such as deep scratches, dog bites, or intentional abuse.
When prescription eyewear is purchased using vision benefits/insurance, we must follow the guidelines set forth by your vision insurance company regarding prescription remakes and the cost associated with those remakes, which may differ from our policy regarding self pay patients.
